How Semi-Custom Stationery Works
Choose & Personalise – Add each item to your cart, select a print quantity or choose the 'Digital' version for a digital-only design, and tell me your wording and customisation preferences in the form that pops up after you click ‘Add to Cart’.
Custom Artwork? – If you’ve added a bespoke painting to your order and have an image you’d like me to reference, email me after ordering. I’ll confirm any details before I pick up my paintbrush.
Proof & Edit – Your first design proof lands in your inbox within 7 business days. One revision round is included - just reply with tweaks and I’ll adjust everything.
Print or Digital –
Digital orders arrive as a high-resolution image, ready to text, email, upload to your wedding website, or send through a service like Paperless Post.
Printed orders go straight to the printers after you approve the proofs. I then wrap them up safely and send them on their way.
Printed orders are delivered completely assembled, ready for you to stamp and send!
Planning tip: Order at least six weeks before you need the finished pieces in hand so there’s plenty of time for proofing, printing and delivery. Please note, semi-custom stationery is printed in sets of 25. We always recommend ordering a few additional pieces for keepsakes, photography, and any last-minute guest changes.
Shipping
I ship your stationery with Royal Mail for UK orders, and with DHL for international orders. Your shipping will be added at the cart. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. Once lodged with the carrier, its journey is out of my hands - but I’m always here to help with documentation if needed. All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid, which means any import taxes and customs charges are already covered.
Proofing, Reprints & Cancellations
Please proof-read carefully; I copy & paste your wording exactly as supplied.
One revision round is included. Further changes are happily made for a small fee.
Because every suite is printed to order, orders can’t be cancelled once you approve the final proof and printing has commenced.
Printing is an artisanal process - tiny variations in colour or alignment are normal and part of the charm.
Reprints for errors present in an approved proof are billed at cost.
