Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of mind

Because every semi-custom and bespoke piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Your responsibility for proofing

It is essential that you check all proofs carefully before approving them. Spelling errors, incorrect dates, names or other mistakes that were present in the proof you approved will be reprinted at your cost.

Significant defects

Minor variations in colour, texture or alignment are inherent to fine-art printing and are not considered defects. If you discover a significant, reproducible flaw, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and include clear photographs. Where both we and our printer confirm the defect, we will either reprint the affected items or refund the defective portion of your order.

Digital products

All digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been supplied.

Statutory rights

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights. Customers in the United Kingdom have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may entitle you to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. Customers in other jurisdictions may have equivalent statutory rights under their local law.

Email hello@bymarcellafox.com with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where relevant. We aim to respond within five (5) business days.
