Returns & Refunds Policy
Change-of-mind
Because every semi-custom and bespoke piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind.
Your responsibility for proofing
It is essential that you check all proofs carefully. Spelling errors, incorrect dates or other mistakes that were present in the proof you approved will be reprinted at your cost.
Significant defects
Minor variations in colour, texture or alignment are inherent to fine-art printing and are not considered defects. If you discover a significant, reproducible flaw, notify us within seven days of delivery and include clear photographs. When both we and our printer confirm the defect, we will either reprint the affected items or refund the defective portion of your order.
Digital products
All digital downloads are non-refundable once the download or file has been supplied.
Statutory remedies
This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may entitle you to remedies if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
How to request a remedy
Email hello@bymarcellafox.com with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where relevant. We aim to respond within five business days.
