Processing and Dispatch

Proofs are issued within seven (7) business days of receiving complete wording and design details. Orders that include bespoke artwork or custom paintings may require additional time. Following final proof approval, printing and dispatch generally occur within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Custom paintings or specialty finishes may extend this timeframe.

Carriers and Tracking

Completed orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post Express and internationally via DHL Express, both services providing tracking and signature on delivery. A tracking link will be supplied by email once the parcel has been transferred to the carrier.

Transit Times

Delivery durations vary according to destination, seasonal volume and carrier operations. Additional time should be anticipated during public-holiday periods, peak seasons or unforeseen carrier disruptions.

Risk and Claims

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon lodgement with the carrier. Marcella Fox has no control over carrier schedules, weather events, customs inspections or industrial action and is therefore not liable for loss, delay or damage in transit. Should an issue arise, customers must lodge any claim directly with the carrier. All reasonable documentation required for a claim will be provided upon request.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International consignments are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any customs duties, VAT or import charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customers are strongly encouraged to order early to accommodate potential customs processing times.
