Processing and Dispatch

Proofs for semi-custom orders are issued within seven (7) business days of receiving complete wording and design details. Following final proof approval, your order is printed, assembled and dispatched generally within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Orders that include bespoke artwork, custom paintings or specialty finishes may require additional time. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Assembly

All semi-custom stationery suites are delivered fully assembled. Envelope Liners are fitted, Invitation suites are collated, inserted into their envelopes and sealed, so your order arrives ready to address, stamp and post.

Carriers and Tracking

Completed semi-custom orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom:

•       UK addresses — Royal Mail, with tracking and signature on delivery.

•       International addresses — DHL Express, with tracking and signature on delivery.

A tracking link will be provided by email once your parcel has been transferred to the carrier.

Transit Times

Delivery durations vary according to destination, seasonal volume and carrier operations. Additional time should be anticipated during public-holiday periods, peak seasons or unforeseen carrier disruptions. You are responsible for ordering early enough to allow for your event date; we do not monitor individual wedding or event dates.

Risk and Claims

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you upon lodgement of the parcel with the carrier. We have no control over carrier schedules, weather events, customs inspections or industrial action and are not liable for loss, delay or damage in transit. If an issue arises, you must lodge any claim directly with the carrier. All reasonable documentation required to support a claim will be provided upon request.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International semi-custom orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that any customs duties, import VAT or other import charges for your destination country are included in your order; you will not be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.
