How Semi-Custom Stationery Works

  1. Choose & Personalise – Add each item to your cart, select a print quantity (or ‘Digital’ if you’ll handle printing yourself) and tell me your wording and customisation preferences in the form that pops up after you click ‘Add to Cart’.

  2. Custom Artwork? – If you’ve added a bespoke painting to your order and have an image you’d like me to reference, email me after ordering. I’ll confirm any details before I pick up my paintbrush.

  3. Proof & Edit – Your first design proof lands in your inbox within 7 business days. One revision round is included - just reply with tweaks and I’ll adjust everything.

  4. Print or Download –

    Digital orders arrive as high-resolution PDF + JPEG files, ready to share or print locally.

    Printed orders go straight to the printers after you approve the proofs. I then wrap them up safely and send them on their way.

    Printed orders are delivered unassembled (cards, envelopes, liners packed separately). Prefer me to assemble them for you? Simply add the Assembly Service to your cart.

Planning tip: Order at least six weeks before you need the finished pieces in hand so there’s plenty of time for proofing, printing and delivery. Also consider adding one or a couple of extra suites as keepsakes to hold onto, or for any last-minute guest-list surprises.

Shipping

I ship your stationery with Australia Post and DHL. Your shipping will be added at the cart. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. Once lodged with the carrier, its journey is out of my hands - but I’m always here to help with documentation if needed. Please keep in mind that any import duties or taxes, if charged by your country, are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Proofing, Reprints & Cancellations

  • Please proof-read carefully; I copy & paste your wording exactly as supplied.

  • One revision round is included. Further changes are happily made for a small fee.

  • Because every suite is printed to order, orders can’t be cancelled once you approve the final proof and printing has commenced.

  • Printing is an artisanal process - tiny variations in colour or alignment are normal and part of the charm.

  • Reprints for errors present in an approved proof are billed at cost.
